昨天11/6晚上11點多剛剛註冊FastDomain的虛擬主機,單是今早起來收到一封信,內容如下:
Your web hosting account for dankeschone.com has been deactivated (reason: unable to contact customer).
Although your web site has been disabled, your data may still be available for
up to 15 days, after which it will be deleted.
If you feel this deactivation is in error, please contact customer support as
soon as possible.

然後我到FastDomain首頁用申請的Domain登入,進入後的頁面是
Customer Profile,內容是個人之前登錄的資料,並顯示一段說明如下:
We've been trying to contact you but failed. Please review your information and make sure it is accurate. If everything looks correct, then call customer service toll free at (888) 210-3278 and have your domain ready.
Changes made on this page will ONLY affect FastDomain.Com contact information.
This will NOT change your domain whois information. |
然後今午(11/7)12點半撥這通國際電話過去,是語音留言,也留下資訊請對方來電,請問我還需要做什麼?
因為檢查過自己再登錄時留下的資料,並無錯誤之處,E-mail也是正確的,電話也留下了,不知為何會有此狀況,
